AYSO Region 1297 Player Registration for the Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 Seasons WHO:  Boys and girls teams at the U8, U10, U12 and U14 levels.  In general U8 players are first and second graders, U10 players are third and fourth graders, U12 are fifth and sixth graders and U14 players are seventh and eighth graders. WHEN:  Any time from now through June 7, 2009.   HOW:  All players, NEW and RETURNING,  Go to <This Link> for online registration through eAYSO.org.  Follow the guide to register at eAYSO.org - then print two copies and send them to DeWitt AYSO, P.O. Box 527, DeWitt, MI 48820. All new players need to send along a copy of a birth certificate as well. Please write down the player uniform size reqirements on the lower right hand corner of the player registration forms.  Sizes available:  Youth Small ( YS), Youth Medium (YM), Youth Large (YL), Adult Small (AS), Adult Medium, (AM) and Adult Large (AL). Please specify if your son or daughter will be trying out for USSF soccer across the top of the player application.  This will help us distribute refunds if necessary after tryouts. - Fee covers both Fall 2009 & Spring 2010 Seasons and includes full player uniform, socks, shorts and jersey, individual trophies, insurance coverage, fall/spring and possible tournament games. - Fee:  Check for *$90 made payable to "AYSO Region 1297", *2nd player $80, $70 for each additional player. An additional $10 will be applied after June 7, 2009.
